Due to Royal Mail delays our UK Express delivery service is temporarily unavailable.
Our local delivery area covers a radius of 10 miles from our Cheltenham based Tea Room.
We have a delivery area postcode checker on our website which confirms if this service is available to you.
This service is contactless, your order is placed on the door step and our delivery driver will ring / knock on the door and step back.
Local delivery is free for orders over £20 and a charge of £3.95 is added to orders under this value.
Delivery Slots are allocated when the order is placed and cannot be reserved.
We use Royal Mail, FedEx, DPD and DHL for UK deliveries.
For Standard delivery £3.95 (which includes free postage orders) our aim is to prepare your order and despatch it within 3-5working days (Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays), which means that you receive your order within 3 to 7 working days from the date it was despatched (this estimate has been increased due to Covid 19). This may not always be possible due the volume of orders on our system, if your order has not been despatched within 6 working days, please contact us directly.
If standard delivery is selected for your order (including free postage) this will be dispatched with Royal Mail.
If express delivery or guaranteed delivery day is selected then your order will be sent via courier.
Any orders despatched via a Royal Mail Service are NOT tracked and can take up to 7 working days to be delivered.
Orders dispatched with a courier service are tracked and will require a signature on delivery. Once despatched, a tracking number will be sent to your and delivery will take place within 2-3 working days.
Our express delivery service DOES NOT guarantee your order for next day delivery, even if it was placed before 2.00pm (Mon - Thurs).
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

We would request that you contact as soon as possible and within 60 days of placing your order. If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.
We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.
If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an incorrect address, we cannot refund any postage or courier costs.
Highlands and Islands orders may be subject to additional delivery charges. If these charges are not applied at the time of placing your order, this will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.
Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.
