Do you cater for allergies?
Many products available on our website can be made without eggs, dairy, nuts and gluten ingredients. Our kitchen uses all of these so although we make every effort there may still be traces. If you require a product made with out please contact us.
What products cater for allergies?
Our Made Without Tea is able to cater for Dairy-Free, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut Free & Vegetarian diets.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, there is a collection option at check out.
Can I collect from another location?
All our orders are made and dispatched from our Tea Room's in house 5* Rated Kitchen, no other locations are permitted.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.
How do I check the balance of my card?
Customers can't check their own gift card balance, but if you contact us we can check for you.
Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
My order is a gift do you leave a receipt in the box?
No, for this very reason we do not leave any order details with your order.
I'm ordering for someone else as a gift can I include a gift message?
Of course simply leave your message in the note section at check out and we'll add it to your delivery.
I forgot to add a gift message can I add one?
Of course, send us a message and we'll add it to your order.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within 10 miles of our Cheltenham based tea room, you can check your postcode on our website.
What days do you delivery?
Currently delivery is available weekly on Fridays, Saturday or Sundays.
Can you delivery on a week day?
Due to our ingredients and cream deliveries, we are only able to deliver on the days available on our website.
The delivery day for this weekend is not available on your website?
Our website shows the next available delivery day, the dates are greyed out when all delivery slots are full or we are sold out.
Local delivery is not available in my area what products can I order?
Currently we have personalised Biscuits and Edible Bouquets available for delivery nationwide.
Can I choose a specific time for my delivery?
Currently we are unable to guarantee specific times for deliveries.
Can I leave instructions for the delivery driver?
Yes, please add any notes or instructions in the notes section at check out.
Do you offer contactless delivery?
Yes, all of our local deliveries are contactless, our delivery partners Deliveroo and UberEats also offer contactless delivery.
How is my order delivered?
Set menus for one are delivered in three/four boxes inside our white delivery bags.
For orders of two teas or more we use our food safe slide boxes with clear lids.
Our Made With Out Teas are separated from the rest of the order.
How do I order?
All of our products are available to order online. Just add the products you would like to your shopping basket, view your shopping basket to select delivery or collection date / time and click check out.
Can I add to my order?
If you need to add to your order, please contact us as we can add items to your existing order and our system will send you an invoice for the outstanding amount.
I have a special request?
No problem, to give us additional information such as dietary requirements please add these to the notes section at check out.
Do you accept cash?
Currently we are not accepting cash payments. All payments are taking via our website. We accept a range of credit cards, debit cards or Paypal payments.
Can you post afternoon teas?
We have a range of products available for posting but our Afternoon Teas are only available for local delivery.
